PCBA Manufacturing Process

• Hybrid PTH and SMT Process, RoHS or leaded
• Double sided reflow process with active devices on both sides, mirrored image on both QFPs and FBGAs
• Backplane assemblies with press fit connectors on both sides of the PCB

Engineering Services

• Rapid prototype support with 1 to 3 days turn after all materials are received. Standard turn is 5 days ECO/Deviations on the fly. ECO and or deviations can be implemented at any time. Additional charges apply to rework resulted from the ECO/deviations that are not covered in the original quotes.
