Optimum's Fully Integrate Front End Engineering Process
We have a unique design for manufacturing process that can verify both PCB fabrication and assembly BEFORE files are released for manufacturing.

DFM (PCB Design for Manufacturing)
Our DFF (design for fabrication) process is identical to what all major PCB fabricators use for their front end process. Our ability to tie this with our award winning PCB design department assures your PCB will be fabricated on time and correctly. Our DFA (design for assembly) process is usually only offered for very high volume EMS production.

By performing DFA on low volume, time-critical EMS projects we assure our customers that jobs will start and finish on time. Our DFA allows us to verify that the BOM, Gerbers and 3D component data are all coordinated before a PCB starts assembly. This eliminates the start-stop phenomenon common to all other low volume PCB assembly operations.

Our DFA also assures that there is no waiting for parts because of a mismatch between the BOM and Gerber data
